NamelessXX Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) Hi there, I'm quite new here, but have to ask, if there is any chance I can change the e-mail address linked to my account. When trying to do so I got several errors. First one when trying to do it like: Click on my Name in the top right corner of the Forum - > Settings -> Account Settings and on this page clicking on Edit Profile it told me: You have no right to edit this page, what made me ask myself who had thte right if I don't Second try was clicking on the Account Settings Page on the Button EMail Address what seemed quite legit to me but only got me to the in-game Setting where I can change the Password, Language and Sound-Option for the game, but not my Email. So if you have a clue where I have to look to change my Email or know that there is no way to d so please help me. My problem is that my e-mail is blocked cause I receive to much spam, and I cannot retreive my account here. I still can acces HH, but I fear that something envolving my blocked e-mail end blocking my account too, like anything that asks for my e-mail... What can I do? ZenMaster Posted September 3, 2017 Share Posted September 3, 2017 Unfortunately your e-mail address is also your account. Something tells me the powers that be didn't account for this. My suggestion would be to follow this link (shown so you can be sure it's not some vague crap): https://www.hentaiheroes.com/contact.html Ask them, they should be able to sort this out.
