When I open chat - I can see new messages marked with the green "!". But "!" did not appear on the chat icon. So, without opening the chat window I can't know if new messages were added or no. Not yet, but just like the majority of Europe, they are doing not that much in these two weeks. I expect them back the latest on January 6th. Might even be late coming week.
