Rise to the Top Achievement

Thanks to a glitch, I've reached the last Achievement of this type, that is Stage 15000. Now that the max level is capped to 13k, the 14k and 15k are unbotainable?

14k never gave the reward anyway just the achievement. And yes all achievements are unachievable that require collecting stages, girls, events, perks etc  at this time once you reach a high enough rank, but will be attenable at some point.
