Refreshed the game, logged out and back on. and the claim reward button is still greyed out. Does it take a while to unlock or something? Yeah, guess I got the new bundle and the first purchase ones orbs confused Gonna be bummed if I don't get this reward before the event finishes... I even clicked on the customer support link and sent a ticket but the status is still "waiting for an answer" I purchased the Initial Purchase Kobans just for the first purchase reward, and when that failed I purchased the bundle for the exact same reason.
