Achievements Visible But Still Cannot Be Claimed

Since today's Event bug-fix update, I cannot claim achievements.  Unlike others, my achievements are at least visible.  Reference "Rise to the Top X" below.  I'm fairly certain there was a "Rise to the Top XI" or at least a "Claim" button down there but maybe I'm wrong.  That's the level I hit tonight & with all the other achievement bugs I don't plan to "test" others (especially by spending Ryos!)- too many strange things going on.
