My equipment is all Legendary stuff, and the item levels are as follows: 170 (helmet) 91 (shirt) 171 (pants) 174 (symbol) 174 (pet) 171 (device) I have been desperately trying to get a better shirt but the last 30 legendary items or so that I got from the Champions and Great Pachinko x10 were not shirts.
