Marketplace bug while running in firefox

The marketplace has gained a new bug.  When attempting to buy a book or gift, the buy button is replaced by that book or gift and the user is unable to make the purchase.  This is on Firefox. 

It's an inconsistent error.  Sometimes you can make one purchase, but another problem is that the highlighted icon that used to go to the next item for purchase after a successful purchase no longer performs that function.  Refreshing the page works very rarely, but only for one additional purchase, then the problem begins anew.
