Need to repeat your question again and again? Want to get answer instead of silly blah-blah-blah? Catch them lying? YOU’ll be banned by these little princesses.

I’ve got fake 500 Internal Server Error at about 12:26 CET and want know why? What exactly was wrong with my INACTIVE from ~12:00 account that I got temporary ban?

Support:
We would like to inform you that if you click too fast, you might get banned for an hour due to overloading the server with requests (and possibility of using scripts).

Customer:
I didn’t ask why I might get banned, I’d ask exactly reason for exact ban. And I told you that ABOUT HALF OF HOUR before this ban I was inactive in game. Have you read and get this for the second time and with caps?! In other words I had did NOTNING at all but get banned: why?

Support:
We would like to inform you that we are not going to discuss the subject any further and that if you continue do so, you will be banned for real this time.
