No pegging scenes have taken place since, not in the story and as far as I know, not in affection scenes. (maybe the orc did some weird shit, I dunno, I havn't maxed her and who knows if the fairy's new 4 and 5 star affection scenes revisit this.) To me the devs put that scene in to test the waters, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of threads like this at the time that scene was brand new. They tried it, probably got a lot of flack for it, and havn't done it again sense. Likewise the story scene with zoe I can't recall happening anywhere else and may not happen again. The devs are probably testing waters or just trying to get one off scenes here and there of different kinks without looking to repeat them, to try and satisfy some of the niche players without driving away the bulk of the playerbase.
