Possible bug for harem level in ToF?

Hi, I probably encountered a bug in the Tower of Fame. As of now, my harem level is 5,240 (see image below),



but, for some reason, the Tower of Fame shows a harem level of 5,069 (see image below).

I thought at first it was a matter of ranking updates, so I waited for the regular refresh, but after the last one I'm still missing 171 levels.

I did not do any level or affection upgrades meanwhile - maybe just a couple of arena fights, but nothing that can explain such a wide difference. What is the problem here? Do certain upgrades not count for ToF?
