  1. I was able to put up with the lagging and the event bugs, but now I'm stuck at the login fail screen (though I can login on the test server)

This is the message I was sent: Misty 2 days, 11h, 45mn, 19s Hello, We just wanted to let you know that the bug has been fixed and our teams started to make refunds to the players that paid more than once for the monthly card. Your monthly card will be activated and there will be also a compensation in the shortest delay. Our apologies again for the caused inconvenience. Enjoy your adventures in Haremverse. Best regards, Kinkoid Team So yeah, I'm kind of expecting my card to be activated, or at the very least get a refund. I also don't know about anyone else but I get a charged a fee because its an international charge so I would much rather get my card activated then have to pay that fee again (its not a lot but it does add up over time)
  4. Yes, mine was also closed and that was the message I received but I've responded to it "I still haven't received the correction. how long should I expect to keep waiting?" so it is back to pending again.
  5. I'm glad you got yours but I don't know about others but I did not get a refund, or 500 kobans, nor did my card activate. Now, I was not expecting a refund since I had only bought the card once that didn't work but that doesn't explain not receiving the rest
  6. I got the same message and also have not received compensation nor was my card activated. Is there any idea on how long we are expected to keep waiting now that it has supposedly been fixed?
  7. This maybe related to something I noticed in an email telling me that kinkiod has responded to my ticket (basically just acknowledging that I sent a ticket). In the email it states that if you don't respond to their response in 7 days it will automatically close out the ticket (even though nothing has been done to address the ticket).
  8. Noacc didn't say anyone got a fix, what they said was that there were isolated issues with the monthly cards and "the team" was still working on it. No fix yet and I've also been waiting over two weeks. Now if they fixed it so that it wont happen again and are just trying to figure out how to give cards to people who paid for them and didn't get them, at this point I support the idea of just refunding the money so that we can buy again. At this point doing ANYTHING is better than this limbo of just waiting and waiting and waiting... while Kinkoid already has our money

It would have been nice to receive a reply to the created ticket such as "we are aware of the current issue regarding the monthly cards and are currently addressing it. please check the forum for more updates." instead of " 'Thank you for contacting Kinkoid Customer Support. We have forwarded the matter to our respective department and we will contact you again as soon as we have the relevant information. Thank you for both your patience and understanding on the matter. " and then nothing.
