Kobans from daily Quest are not adding up into total I am holding, this happened today and yesterday, that I noticed. Also once I was notified for some account creation on some web site and win 600 kobans, did that, never received kobans.

I am from Pakistan, but my game flag is from United States, I have tried for monthly payment, I do select Pakistan on the purchase window, but my card is declined, also how can I change flag?

Card was declined? Why is so? I have session activated, can't do any buying.
