That is truly rotten luck! I feel sorry for you. Were you the one who was really keen to get Val Red Battler for the same reason I did - she's utterly gorgeous? If it's any consolation, her affection scenes are nothing to write home about and I believe HH squandered the potential for something more romantic for the Valentine's Day event. Instead, they reverted to the usual plain (and now boring - to me anyway) sex. This is in contrast to the affection scenes for Loving Arcana which hinted at something a little deeper. Admittedly, hers was new and Val Red Battler was a revival so the artists and script writers had a chance to hone their skills since last year.

In this, my most advanced game, I could confidently say that I failed to have Val Abraël drop. There isn't really enough time for enough combativity recharge to give me enough turns in the last three and a half hours left in the event for me to have much of a chance to not get her (unless luck finally intervenes). In contrast to my other accounts (where I got Val Red Battler very early on in each and Val Abraël in not too many rounds of 20 battles later) this account has been different. In contrast to the other accounts I had Kimie drop early on instead of Val Red Battler and Marina drop when, at one stage, I got sick of trying for Val Abraël and went back to earning more money instead. In this game, once I began battling Bremen, the drop rate had fallen quite dramatically compared with other games and in the one I started a month after this one I have three more girls in my harem. In this Peckerbird account, the drop rate has been consistently poor during events. All the same, my success with troll girl drops has been steady if unspectacular. I have only two left to get (Bonny and Rumiko).

Yes, it's the only way I can see it would work. Otherwise, artwork would have to be individualised for each member and that would be practically impossible. the patreon approach would be for those members so obsessed with gaining exclusive harem girls and skiting about them in this forum that they will pay for patreon membership. Yes, getting event girls can be hard in Epic Pachinko as I found out because there are so many boss and Pachinko exclusive girls to get that we have a better chance of winning them first. So, I guess in a way you're right. Once the event finishes that's it, we're out of luck and maybe that's as it should be in this sort of game.

Not sure exactly, but it maxes out at 20 when your XP level reaches 50. When recharging it takes exactly 10 minutes per point to recharge.

'Yes, this has happened to me, in Admittance of the Dead. Donatien progressively updated his battle team and this was at a time when my equipment and girls' XP was marginal to beat him. I needed plenty of boosters to do so when he upgraded. I thought it was a normal part of the game and meant a bit more of a challenge. I didn't find it made any difference to drop rate at all.

However, the answer you gave tells me that none of the girls is actually exclusive. Even Epic Pachinko-only girls can be acquired by other players. Furthermore, every other player has a really good chance of winning an event girl in Epic Pachinko because the drop rate appears to be unaffected by one's XP level or how many girls are in one's harem. When I played it during the sport event I won two of the event girls quite readily. So that's not very exclusive either.

Yes, that happened to me. I won Cunegonde in Epic Pachinko long before I'd reached Hamelin Town. It was in a game where I eventually advanced to Hamelin Town and immediately won Stephanie off Bremen. In this game my specialty was hardcore so Cunegonde was useful to me.

Yes, I imagine so. Unlike some who have complained I'm relaxed about it because I imagine there is absolutely heaps to do to get the next quests ready and working well. We seem to have had a lot of events lately, some revivals and some new (and needing new artwork). I think you guys are doing an amazing job and deserve to be congratulated! You have some mighty skilled artists. It can be hard to show sometimes quite subtle expressions and body language (often unique to the character shown), but they've pulled it off. When I suggested delaying the release of the next quest until the one after that is ready (or nearly ready) to launch, I thought I was offering a constructive suggestion. However, I could see some players would take a pretty dim view of this idea as they are showing a high level of impatience now. But to hell with them, I say. Take the time to get it right, especially the artwork. I'd hate to see a drop in standards just to satisfy a number of impatient players.

When the matrix of girls is displayed in Epic Pachinko by hovering the mouse over the girl icon, how do I know if the girl I win is exclusive to my harem? In my very newest game I tried Epic Pachinko for the first time and, bingo, I won Gossy. Is she an exclusive girl? Or are not all girls one might win displayed, ie exclusive to me alone? In Epic Pachinko, as well as Gossy I won Liu-Yeng. Is she exclusive? I mention this because in Begin City when I was introduced to Pachinko a big deal was made of the possibility of winning exclusive girls, girls nobody else has.

In one of my games (where my specialty is know-how) I finally (finally!!!) managed to get Marina to drop. In a hardcore game (which I am now unable to access) I was trying in vain to get Cunegonde, but I got Marina about midway through the world. For some reason Bremen's girls who refuse to drop are those whose specialty matches mine.

Wow, I can't keep up! I got Hari and her mother (relatively easily as it turned out). It's costing a fortune to upgrade their affection stars. Now I have all of Bunny's family: Bunny, Hari, Rabbi (in secretary form), and their mother. Could make for some sibling rivalry in my harem! And it seems like the mother is a classic milf with no bf safe in her company! If I happen to get Lupa, this could be an interesting addition. Once I've saved up a few more kobans, I'll be able to try out for the cute little Sophie in Epic Pachinko. This Viola girl, she seems a lot like Marina. I'll be able to play the 10-play option before the end of the event. It seems we get more chances to win event girls in Epic Pachinko than the rest of them.

And I'm assuming the other girls gained in Epic Pachinko are Winter versions of Edna, Bunny's mother, Marina(?) and Mountain Sophie. Yay, I'd just finished posting a prediction of the next event and here it is! I expected Valentine's Day. You guys at HH must be kept very busy right now! And there's the next quest for Plain of Rituals to get ready for launch sometime.

Yeah, maybe, Another person referred to missing out on energy refills. That happened to me too - twice - when I should have been using them to advance through the quests. I am assuming there must have been a glitch in getting the next quest ready for launch as it has been quite a while now. However, I suggest the developers not bow in to pressure from us and that they make sure the next quest works well, the artwork is up to the usual high standard and that the storyline is compelling (and funny). We would appreciate being kept informed as to what's happening and how things are going. When the next quest is released, I would be really keen to see what Finalmecia did with that dragon that had all the female observers dry-wretching. I would expect some pretty disgusting surprises! Or is it better left to our imagination? Better still - and I have said it before - delay the release of the next quest even longer until the quest after that is also ready, or nearly ready. This would give us a chance to advance for longer through the game before hitting the brick wall of "coming soon". For those like me who have managed to acquire all three girls from Finalmecia, and have maxed out all their harem girls' affection stars, it is a matter of going back to see if we can win girls from earlier worlds. I have been accumulating gifts and books in my two earliest games so I can upgrade any new girls I get almost straight away. It becomes a matter of accumulating enough cash to advance the new girls' affection status and this may mean forgoing gifts from time to time. I expect an event at some stage so I will have a chance to win girls then. I am assuming a Valentine event will be repeated this year.

I absolutely agree, but in Jeanne's first affection scene where she is a young girl (albeit with biggish boobs for her apparent age), there is reference to a certain Professor Jones. This seems a parody on Raiders of the Lost Ark. Yes, her last image is great - a mixture of geeky and sexy. If the developers ever decide to up her affection stars to five it would be interesting to see how the artwork pans out, but I can't see that happening anytime soon since I imagine they would want to upgrade the quest reward girls first, starting with Jennie and Princess Noemy, otherwise it wouldn't be fair. Some people may never get some of the random drop girls. Apart from Epic Pachinko, I have managed to win Bonny only once out of four of my accounts. In her case, she's a ball-breaking man-hater but with a reluctant yearning for a man's penis, and it would be cool to have future affection scenes where she softens somewhat.

Yes, I've done just that. Because of an early windfall acquisition of legendary equipment items, my CD suddenly went up to 25%. I decided to play around by using equipment that offered no CD, replacing some that did, but I noticed that CD was not diminished. So I kept replacing equipment that included CD with those that didn't and I found I had to replace quite a few items before CD percentage dropped. In the end, I acquired some high value equipment items that upped my battle stats of know-how considerably. Critical damage items are especially handy to have early on in your game when battling other players to win contests (where arena battle wins gearn more than battling the Dark Lord, Ninja Spy, Gruntt or Edwarda and offer twice the chances of wins and payouts). In arena battles wins can pay out (say) booster items instead of cash. Jujuba berries provide critical damage attack and they are useful to collect early on.

Yes! After trying and trying I managed to get Marina off Bremen (and not in Epic Pachinko). This is the first and only time I have won her from a random drop. In that game my specialty is know-how, but it turned out her battle stats are only average. In both of my two games where I'm in Plain of Rituals I have cleaned Finalmecia out of all three girls, so it's a matter of going back to earlier worlds and trying to get those girls who stubbornly refuse to drop. In my case it has been Bonny off Edwarda. Re. Plain of Rituals I suspect there must be a problem in its development because it has been an awful long time since I completed Quest, Trapped City. As I suggested in an earlier post, I could put up with waiting a little longer if two quests were completed and released together. This would give us a chance to take our time through this world and maybe get to enjoy playing the quest released after that.

I have a feeling that from affection star 1 Jeanne is developing chronologically. In her first affection scene she seems to be a young student under the guidance of Professor (Indiana?) Jones. March forward in years and she's on archaeological expeditions as an adult. I can see the point of the artwork.

I have greatly enjoyed playing this game and I congratulate the creators and developers for what they have achieved: (mostly) great stories, expressive illustrations and character development of story characters and girls. Highlights for me: (1) how the girls that randomly drop appear as a large silhouette from the right side of the screen to settle left of centre. We don't know who it is until the details emerge, although Zoe was recognisable early on as a silhouette from her distinctive hairstyle. This is a very clever piece of gaming development and, if it is an original idea, you are geniuses; (2) the extremely baleful expression on Lenaëlle's face as she faces being humiliated by Bunny for being a virgin (I can't wait to see how she develops as a character as World 9 unfolds and how on earth such a shy diva would ever willingly enter a harem!); (3) Hamelin Town World story... there is a lot of humour here and a well-developed storyline. Of course, I could mention some of the positive changes to the game, such as the increased affection levels for some girls and greater payouts and battle stats (Agate is a case in point), as well as the long overdue upgrade to XP limits. I am, however, struggling to figure out how Abraël could gain an extra two affection levels before Princess Noemy. The profile option is a great move and I've had fun playing around with this. I am looking forward to see how the announced proposed changes pan out especially those related to PVP (which I assume means 'player versus player' arena battles). How this was explained was far from clear and does this mean that the battles with the so-called bosses will cease? Does this mean that this route to obtaining new girls ceases? One change to the world battles with bosses I recommended was to progressively upgrade the bosses' battle stats to make it more of a challenge to defeat them (you could be beaten from time to time and this would make it necessary to rejig one's equipment and harem team more often). The proposed new opponent may go some way to answering this question. As a quid pro quo, if it is harder to beat the bosses, maybe it ought to become easier to acquire girls from their random drops. If it is possible to customise things more, like one's specialty, this could, of course, mean changes to one's harem battle team and I could use girls that I have hitherto ignored, like Cunegonde. I have failed to acquire her in any of my games in which my specialty is hardcore. I do not agree that there have been improvements to girls' payouts, except maybe overall. In the case of Solveig and Mountain Sophie the reverse is true and huge payout sums have been slashed from them with the changes. When these changes occurred my harem's total payout was slashed from over 50k to under 35k in one fell swoop! I'm not too upset because it makes the game more interesting, but I would've appreciated accuracy with all the self-congratulations. The other thing about proposed changes to PVP is that the team must make it fairer. If it is player versus player I don't want to have to face player versus bot, especially if their battle stats are unfairly stacked against me. I look forward to a concerted effort by developers to complete Plain of Rituals because it has become torture waiting to see how it progresses. I am assuming World 10 will be announced in the New Year and with it the realisation that I will be hooked for another year at least! I agree with some players that a world involving that fairy in Gems Kingdom or one involving the mermaids might be really interesting and genuinely romantic approach - more true love, a high level of respect and less nympho fucking - might seem a refreshing approach because most girls like to play hard-to-get and are not seduced so easily. Lenaëlle might well fall into this category as she seems to be quite shy. Anyway, I wish players and HH team the best wishes for the New Year and the best of holiday season to all. Stay safe! I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I created a new account recently and I constantly get a nag message telling me to validate my account by checking my email inbox. I do this each time (and request to resend the validation email, but there is no email from Hentai Heroes. This happened to me in the past as well and I had to change email address before it would work. The email address I used is a valid one and was accepted during sign up.

Maybe if your specialty is hardcore. An upgraded Ankyo is worth a bit here. She also pays out quite well. I've upgraded Red Battler to max, but when got Clarisse, her battle stats were worth more to me so I didn't have Red Battler in my team for long.

I only hope Abraël's worth it in terms of the money she pays out. Because her specialty is charm, she isn't of much value to my battle stats
