Yes, is not borne of event - I also had no trouble about 1½ hours after the daily reset. However, now it is unmaneuverable. Pressing "Challenge" incessantly did get through for fight against the "auto-selected opponent" ie. the one just abobe yourself in rankings, but no chance of changing opponents.

I can accept bad luck, I can accept game getting buggy... But I have a hard time accepting the fact that Kinkoid-staff has not even publicly given any kind of statement about the issue (never mind an apology)...

Let see what happens. At this point, my affection score remains at zero (0 pts.). I did use that ca. 135,000 points about 1½ hours before last reset (which was at 11 pm Greenwich Mean Time on Sunday, right?) and another 110,000 points yesterday (some 14-15 hours ago).

Last "Leaderboard Week" I used roughly 130,000 points worth of trinkets (brought Travel Gwenaelle from 0 to 5-star while also maximizing legendary girls Lapsey & Lissa + others)... It was supposed to take me to Top100 of the Weekly Awards, but I was credited with 0 affection? At that point I thought it was just my mistake of using those trinkets too late (ie. no ranking update reset left before awards) so I was pissed but didn't see a BUG. However, just 2 hours ago I upped 5-star legendary girl Norou from 0 to 5-star (means using some 89,000 points worth of attraction-stuff) while also putting some points on Elina, Princess Kaleda, Mavin. So I was expecting myself to be amongst Top 10 in next Ranking Update - but NO - again I have been awarded not a single point in Affection-chart??? Please, check this!!! I have lost close to 250,000 Affection points now in few weeks which were supposed to win me a nice amount of Kobans in Leaderboard-contests!

Ok, I haven't caught any of those three yet... Doesn't change the fact that every epic/rare girl I've so far captured (Gwenaelle, Oxton, Tanned versions of Marina/Housemaid/Tachibana, Nemah, Bunny's mother and few others) are all "useless" both in battle & money generation. Edit! Checked those three - yeah, sure they have higher stats as they go all the way to 5-level affection. Surely the ones I have are also on the PATH of being more effective battlers - IF they are ever elected for getting their extra levels! But as 3-star maximums they remain "useless". In my belief that should hurt in one category (either money or battle), but not on both...

Given that those girls are tougher / more random to get & much more expensive to grade up -> it feels stupid that they remain "completely useless filler in your harem" after grading them all the way to maximum affection... 5-level Starter / Common girls (especially the ones you get in very start without working after them at all) have both the best battle-stats and are by far the best income-getters... IMO, especially Epic girls should surpass any common girl as a harem battle team member as soon as she reaches her highest Affection Level (3) - Even the Rare girls should probably be SLIGHTLY better than Starters/Commoners. Money-generation could then be the other way around - that would make each girl valuable to have on her own personal way... P.S. Please, keep those Epic girls tough to drop. Automatic drop on every festival would be much worse than being occasionally deflated despite your best efforts...
