I've been having issues trying to renew my monthly card for almost a month now. "An error occurred while processing your card. Please contact your card issuer." I've been using this card regularly over the past month without any issues whatsoever, my bank hasn't made any changes to rules or whatnot. It's the exact same circumstances on my end as it has been for years. I've tried purchasing in different browsers, I've cleared my cache in my regular browser. Nothing is working.

Hello, just got monthly card, but the icon still says "expired", and while I did get a notification that I'd received 60 kobans for this month, my koban counter was still stuck at 115 and does not reflect this 60 increase. I can tell you that I've done over 640 spins, spending over 7000 kobans, and I didn't get her. This is the worst drop rate I've experienced so far, and I'm not sinking a single dime more into this game now.

I had Ankyo on possible promotion since 1-2 days ago, and brought up Red Battler to promotion today. When I tried to click promote from the market on Red Battler today I got an error, and then they both had their promotions gone but the xp cap raised.

I experienced the same issue today as well.

Hello, I had levelled up my Ankyo and Red Battler to the end of their third stages, so I could promote them to their fourth stages. When I clicked the green promote bar under Red Battler's xp bar in the market, I received a loading error, and when I went back, both Ankyo and Red Battler didn't have their promotions anymore, but are now back to needing about half the bar each. In other words, I just lost over 4k xp in total. How did this happen? Kind regards, Kodain Edit: I just realised there are two other posts covering both Red Battler and Ankyo with similar problems. It's not that they lost xp, but their xp got upgraded to 4*, despite still being on 3*. Silly me.
