Used to be 2 events each month. But there haven't been any for the past 2 or 3 months. And there's no information about when the next one will be.

Just bad luck. Keep trying and you'll get some eventually.

Girls that drop during the chapters only have a small chance to drop each time you achieve that stage. You will need to reset/remax many times to get all the drops.
If you're lucky, you can get them after just a few resets/remaxes. If you're unucky, it could take 50+ resets/remaxes.

Can't remember for sure, but I think she's obtainable in Chapter 3.

Yes, you are correct. Perks from all your girls (whether in your line-up or not) are counted.

Yep. Can confirm that in the poses for grades 4, 5 and 6 she seems to have 2 right hands.
1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9 are all OK.

There's no special trick or secret. Just keep resetting and the girls will eventually unlock. It's a small random chance each time you pass that stage so it could happen on the 1st pass but might take 50 times or more.

The home page tells you the tier you are working towards. The Seasons page tells you the tier you are at. It's inconsistent, but not a bug.
Oh, and this is the Hentai Clicker forum, btw.

The story girls are only a (small) random chance to drop each time you pass their stage. Keep resetting/remaxing and they will drop eventually.

The daily missions panel can't seem to display numbers correctly once it gets above A1 Mojo. So it just displays In.fiM.
The mojo will be correctly added and displayed on the main page when you collect the mission.

Depends on your crafts. My Sex Tape Souvenir is maxed so my click -> idle means I get more idle from levelling a click girl than an idle girl. So I just level Ti'Tee and Verena.
Keeping Verena at about the same level as Ti'Tee gives me more than enough money to get my stage up into the 6000s.
I only increase my max once per day, as it takes about 1000 clicks each for the 2 girls to get them to 500K and I'd like to avoid RSI if possible. But at lvl 500K Ti'Tee and Verena both need 45-200 C4 for another 500 levels, and I have 200 C7 in the bank, so I can get a lot higher yet. But with nothing more to spend mojo on, it doesn't seem worthwhile at the moment.

Chapter 6 has been released for a couple of weeks at least. I'm currently at stage 6001 in chapter 6.

Well, if the lagggggggggggggg isn't fixed, the game is unplayable (like it is right now) so it makes sense that the lag is top priority.
Clue for the devs (if they ever read these forums): It gets worse immediately after every daily reset so it looks like it might be a memory leak in whatever generates the daily missions.
Once the lag is fixed, gatcha bugs, max levelling and max affection to girls would be next on my list, in that order.

My PoP is fine. But the ToF seems stuck in a constant refresh loop.
