Hi, Due to some communication faillure between me and Jessie, my Kobans which had been charged for Oct.18 (the actual one) are still not yet receive. I understand that it is quite frustrate for the person in charges to be chase around everytime incident like this happen so I want to confirm a few thing first so that I can know what to expect. 1. When I can expect my Koban? 2. If it will be process along with next month payout. Please confirm if I will receive the double amount (Oct.18 Koban that still pending + Nov.18)? Thank you PS.
