alguien me podria aclarar este mensaje? nunca me habia salido ahora lo mas que e pasado sin abrir la pagina han sido 3 dias creo pero esta semana la e abierto todos los dias es algun error o es que en las ligas mas altitas no te puedes desconetar ni un dia o que pasa?

Is it really necessary for the message to clear the cache to skip every 20 seconds? I say is normal? It is really annoying and if you already clear the cache the history the cookies all that can be deleted. help
