Games been glitchy all day

Did any e else get their job and wiped out? Where can I report that?

I've been playing the season for the last 2 days and my tier points haven't gone up more than 10 points and I know I've won enough battles to have had claimed at least two prizes.... What happened to my points?

The heat wave event miss count. I seem to be having issues with the system counting wrong in events. Right now I'm at the event where I have to beat other players on the arena and or the league 30 times and I've beaten 19 but the record only shows 16... This short change scenario has happened throughout the hole event, making it longer to move on.
