I'm just finished completing level 4 of Pride Mansion and I have not gotten the girl yet, is this a bug or is there only a chance of getting her after levels after 3?

I just finished completing level 4 of Pride Mansion and I didn't receive the girl... Are we supposed to get her after finishing level 3, or is there just a chance of getting her at each level?
