I figured someone else must have already reported it, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the quick response!

When using any of the relics that states "The final damage received (after all calculations) is diminished by %" does not actually function as expected. While in battle, it will state how much damage was blocked but the original total damage would be removed from target, completely disregarding the "blocked" damage.
