I went in to purchase a Ryo pack, and the system kept throwing "request error! please contact support providing this message refID= #0" as an error. Tried it a few times with same error. Just went in to my CC, and I see a bunch of pending charges from PhoenixUS but I have none of the Ryos to match them! Could you please fix this?

Pirate Naisha isn't showing up in "My Harem" list, no idea how many shards total I have with her. Melody is showing, though.
