I dont understand how the devs cant re-issue the banner. It doesnt seem like its a difficult thing to do...

Logged onto the nutaku version of the game and I had the banner showing the cross platform link to unlock her. On the actual HH website I dont have the banner. Wtf? Fix your game.

I never had a banner to click on in the first place either

I haven't seen a banner on either game after reaching 3000 to receive the reward, tried logging out of both games and refreshing both.
