i know that rng plays alot in it , but im wondering if the event is counting the older girls that i already have as being aquired thus lowering the gains for the second girl . those who are posting about getting good rates , do they already have the older girl ? are they going against grunt or dark lord as the bosses also have different drop rates , as well as they have stated before that girls aquired from a boss as well as total numbers effect it , they are soo many factors that play against people that rng cant be predicted because its not really rng . They have never been clear about anything when it come to getting girls as far as i have ever read . What i have read is the following , each boss gets progressivlly harder the more girls you get from them , and the more girls you own also increase the difficulty , event girls are thought to be seperate from these factors but i have never heard it stated officially that they were not factors , also does the number of girls aquired from events effect other girls from same event ? There is soo many factors , and if you look at my older posts im starting to think that even region being played in may be a factor , because the horrid rng seems to be a issue i face almost every event . after 7-8k kobans (that is my limit) i ended at 74 on both fabine and lupa , odd they ended at exactly the same point . Its like the 100 drop girls , since the change i have yet to see one , ive also managed to max out two bosses without ever getting a single girl from them , still have 2 for karole to get but moved on to new boss , so far ive only gotten 1 girl out of 4 not on stage 8 from champions . I guess im that unlucky 1% that gets all the negative RNG ...

It seems to me at least from my experience that the drop rates are far lower then past events . I already had the older girl so only after new one and so far about 3k kobans and 1 point ...

they have changed something to do with idle speeds again . Both game and event has dropped drasticaly . i loaded my game the girl needs 132.35E5 and my idle speed is now down to 6.89E4/s which works out to be 19209 secs for that level and this isnt a boss , or 5.33 hrs for that one level .

in HH , you click either your profile pic in the top left next to your level or from the drop down menu on the far right and select profile . Once there you will see your character , on the left where your name and club is just below that you will see profile pic and top right of it you will see ID 123456 or whatever your number is . Hope this helps .

it did require a new account , i let mine run all day in the bacground to get there . But I can say it did finally work . My guess would be if the account was a older one or one from the last crossover they did that got bugged that it was still bugged . So making a new account and useing the link with your HH id in the place of XXXXXX Does Work . I wanted to also say that i used the same link first on my old HC account and though i did get to 3000 very easily , the popup saying i got a award in HH didnt hit till about 3200-3500 , but when i loaded HH i got no reward , the only thing that fixed it for me was starting a new account . That tells me its not something on our ends , its old accounts not taking the code right . My HH is 2+ years old and my HC was a beta account , i got no banner in HH originally , and the HC account though saying i got the award didnt grant it . Also a big thank you to the players who have found solutions to work around these issues , its sad the players found the answers the devs havent .

i have yet to hear a time limit , but i have tried everything myself without luck , trying a new account as we speak .

the tooltips on the bonus are not reading correct , either that or i feel a little short changed ...

here is whats weird , I do that , I get message saying it was awarded , but as I log in im getting pop ups for special promotion , I go back to HH and so far its been about 30 mins and no banner . I tried to reload , log out and in , even closed it down and relaunched .

Wasn't you part of the team at one point or a mod ? I remember your name and I don't post a lot , but have been around for quite a while .

my ticket has been opened for 1 day 17 hrs 58 mins , only response I got was we will forward this to the correct team , I put it as a bug . I have used IE , Edge , Chrome , and Firefox to try and get this to work as well as my phone , yet I get no banner , this is also with pop up blockers and ad blockers off for over 2 days . I honestly don't think they have a clue why its happening and with a lack of communication it seems they really don't care .

try clearing your cookies and cash , when I load clicker the assets are 72 or 74 , the 10 assets sounds like a older version .

sad to say at this point there is no help , you can try to send a support ticket in , but so far all I have gotten is we are looking into it response . maybe if everyone having issues sends tickets they will see its not just a few of us . as far as here goes , I cant say they are seeing this or not , but the lack of response tells me either they don't know , don't have a answer , cant figure it out , or we are just sol . We haven't even gotten its a matter we are looking into , we know some people are effected , we are working on it , no responces , the last one was wait a few mins and it will pop up , that was early yesterday and I still am waiting ... edit : I also asked in my ticket if there is a way for them to at least verify we earned her and get her awarded , still waiting a response on that though (its not been very long since I replied asking ) .

I did submit a ticket about this and reporting it as a bug yesterday through HH , I finally got a response about 2 hrs ago what read : " HI, Thanks for reaching out! We've send the info over to the right team and the team is looking into it. Thanks for your patience! Kind regards. " So who knows if we will ever get a answer , at this point I consider it to be a sol situation . No one is offering any solutions of any kinds here , not getting answers from support other then they are looking into it and from my exp that means not enough complaining to care . I could be wrong and hopefully I am , but almost every time I hear we are looking into it , that is just a polite way of telling me to sod off .

at this poinbt its messed up for a lot of us and there is no answers coming , ive cleared cookies , cleared cash , logged out and back in , checked both games and have done this on 3 different browsers . and like you and sooo many others I got the news but never the banner . only answer we got was wait and it will pop up again in a few mins for those who had the banner show and clicked it while clicker was opened . short of that we have no answers available to us , and some of us have been doing this for hours ... Ok I have now tried it in IE , Edge , Firefox , and Chrome , none of which I get the banner for , if anyone is having a browser that works please let me know . I cant get the banner to pop up no matter what I do .
