  1. Sorry wasn't really anywhere else to put this one. In PH I've got sound turned off in my settings. I'm having to mute the tab because the audio keeps pumping away regardless. I've switched it on and off again, and the page says it's registered the changes but the music just keeps going. As a general observation as well, the default behaviour across HH, CH and PH is for audio to play and then the settings to kick in and cut it off which is generally off-putting and a bad way to handle that? Needing to keep the tabs muted generally to avoid a blast of music I didn't ask for isn't fun.
  2. It appears that the daily free orbs/games are not being expended when they are used. They pay out and seem to count for achievements, but if you go back to the main screen the pachinko/night-club is marked as having new free orbs/games. Additionally trying to use non-free orbs/games makes all the stored up ones disappear in a single use. But then they reappear upon returning to the main screen and re-checking the pachinko/night-club after using the new free orb/game. Problem exists in HH, CH and PH. If this is related to the earlier time issue, you really need to switch to epoch time or UTC for the central clock rather than a regional time.
  3. Had already tried all that before making the thread. As of when I last commented they appear to have reset to that earlier hour, and the first has just completed properly on its own with the other two still ticking down. So consider it resolved.
  4. Seems they've been reset back 20-40 minutes so let's see how that works out.
  5. I'm getting the completion icon on my Activities button, but when I go to Places of Power I'm getting this: This is occurring in HH, CH and PH. No option to collect... just indefinite suspension. Been that way 15-30ish mins.
  6. Literally just cleared for me as I went to recheck it a second ago. (Edit: And then uncleared, ah well) I actually figured they were pulling a Pokemon Go with that one (where the store always has the "new items" notice because they "change" the items near constantly - even if that means changing them to a new instance of exactly the same thing), so I didn't want to comment.
  7. Thanks to the devs for resolving this. Super good fix! The extra detail of the daily/weekly/monthly is nice.
  8. So the same error I'd been having in HH and PH has just started in CH: I've completed all adventure content and side-quest content, but when my energy is at max it's notifying me that I should be using it on... non-existent content.
  9. Issue cleared (for now, we'll see once I've cleared it all) with new adventure content it seems. Edit: Nope, still persists after all the content is cleared. It's now in HH, CH and PH.
  10. Reeeeaaaaally trying for the trifecta this month: I'm full up on boosters - all nine slots are filled. I've checked each section of the market. I've maxed out the new upgrade cap on stats. Notification won't go away.
  11. The update seems to have fixed it in HH today, but not in PH.
  12. You've got the chest notification, or you can't find the new daily bundle system? Because my problem wasn't being able to find the daily rewards, it was purely the notifications of the free items not working correctly. Did you check the "Period Deals" tab in the shop?
  13. It's still occurring in HH, and the same thing has just started happening in PH as well. In both cases all adventure content and side quest content is completed, but I have the ! notification indicating that I'm full on energy and still have content to complete. It's not happening in CH yet.
  14. No feedback is pretty common in any bug resolution process regardless of where it is, but I get what you mean.
  15. And energy's back to full and the indicator is back. There's still nothing on the adventure quest or side-quests to spend it on, but it's indicating there is.
  16. Really on a roll with the notification problems this month: I don't have any further adventure steps or side quests to follow up on and yet... can't clear this notification icon either. I'm aware of the quest setback yesterday, that's not in play here - I refinished the quest line when that happened. This notification is new as of... half an hour ago? Update which makes it weirder: At the time I was sitting on 200 energy. I just spent some to buy a champion ticket (and the notification was there immediately before I bought the ticket), now the Adventure notification is gone.
  17. That response seems like you're trying really hard to justify something which doesn't do what the rest of the site would indicate users to expect. As for the exclamation marks, no... those have been there for ages. The adventure path has had it for literally years, champions have had it pretty much since they were implemented, etc etc. Same as the chest notification symbols for when there is an item to claim. Literally years. Also, to add a little more nonsense onto your response... clicking the thing you've decided should "count" as notification for free bundles (even though it absolutely isn't) doesn't even take you to the bundles. It takes you to the koban store. Because of course it does. I'm not looking for you to come up with an excuse, I'm saying it's not meeting the general standards of the rest of the site. Why would I expect a general member to try to excuse something which isn't working as well as the rest of the site and is an obvious step backwards on usability? Who does that help? Bug report threads don't exist for general members to figure out how to make other users feel better about stuff. They exist to report issues so that the KK staff can follow up on them.
  18. Notifications generally show up anywhere there's something to claim. Activities, Paths, etc. So... no notifications would be inconsistent with the overall site.
  19. Yeah, now it seems to be bugged in the other direction - the notification isn't showing up when there are free items to claim.
  20. My notification icons are starting to clear off too now. Although in PH, it cleared before I'd claimed the free items. I'm also not sure it's maintained the "taking you to the thing the notification is about" behaviour it used to have, I seem to still be being taken to the koban/gold page instead.
  21. As a side-note the mouse-over text for the payment options at the top of the window also seem not to match the options themselves. The paypal icon is matched with the text "Pay through Sofort / Klarna" and the paysafe icon is matched with the text "Pay through Paypal".
  22. Okay, so... topic title changed, still doesn't address the fact that the notification icon won't go away when that free item is claimed OR the fact that when the notification icon is there it's not taking you to that page.
  23. So the daily login reward that used to be accessible from the + button next to the kobans is still showing as being there (the little chest icon is displaying indicating that it's there for pickup) but clicking it now takes you through to the gold packs store instead of the daily items page. It used to be that when the chest notification popup was there, it'd override the koban store popup and provide the daily login reward popup. Now it doesn't. There doesn't appear to be a way to clear the notification chest icon either. If the daily reward was meant to be replaced with the period deals option, then there's some disconnect between them and the notification icon, because claiming the free item there doesn't clear the notification either.
  24. Hi... Could we reconsider how daily missions work in HH, CH and PH? In a regular MMO, dailies are a rotating sequence of achievements intended to push players to play the game, with a reward for doing so. In HH/CH/PH, daily missions are... a preset block of time where you have to periodically connect to press a button to make sure that timers tick over sequentially, with a reward for doing so. These aren't timers related to any game system other than themselves, so... the only way they push players to play the game more is essentially by sticking additional reminders in their day to be on the site. Today the RNGods have decide that in HH, for example, I should connect to the site at least 12 times over a total period of time amounting to no less than one hour, forty-something minutes, specifically doing so in predetermined allotted periods as set by said RNGods, or else my hentai parole officer will say I've violated the terms of my agreement and the hentai government will not grant me the 150 kobans I live off of. UBI sucks for repeat offenders I guess? So what exactly is the goal here? 'Cause the logic is weird, let's be real. Keeping the tab open 24/7 is easy enough if that is the goal - just add random events. But you've introduced daily goals already which do operate the way MMO dailies work, so what are missions for exactly? (And if it's for delivering narrative, again... random events?)
