I get comercial to if i get lvl 3000 in hentaiclicker i will get new legendary girl in hentaiheroes i didn't get anything!

I get a comercial to if I get to level 3000 in hentaiclicker I'll get one legendary girl than i click no the link and game cannot load than i go to other browser to start it , but when i came to level 3000 nothing happened in hentaiheroes i didn't get my reward! can someone tell me (if this isn't bug) how to get my reward
