PoG and PoV bonus paths are the better invest,

I finished the last tier and opened the bonus path as usual. If your goal is to get as many girls as possible and there are still many girls left in your pool, PoA is a very good investment. PoG bonus path revives 1 L5 girl and and offers 15 Epx1 orbs for 5400 kobans. If you only use the orbs during DD to double the orb value, that's equivalent to 2558 kobans per girl. For veterans like me, we would already have the PoG girls so that's a poor investment. PoV costs 3600 kobans and offers 1 new L3 girls and 2 Epx1 orbs for the bonus path. That's about 3135 kobans per girl. Even by subtracting the value of the SP booster, it's still 2665 kobans per girl. PoA costs 7200 kobans and offers 2 L3 girls, 1 draft orb, 1 MPx6 orb, and 11 EPx1 orbs. Again by using the orbs during DD, that's 1517 kobans per girl. That's a better kobans/girl ratio than anything else in the game.

Also don't underestimate the other rewards too. The CP and kisses allows me to complete the events (CE, Seasons, KC, LC) in the following months without spending more kobans. It takes a lot of planning to maximize PoA benefits. The rewards worth the extra effort.

The bottom line really depends on the player goal. If you want as many girls as possible and you can still benefit from the orbs, opening PoA bonus path is a very good investment. If you only care about 5+ star girls or already have 1450+ girls, it's not as attractive.

  2. @james1478 Club champion girls are queued up like PoP and league girls for individual players, not by club. When you get one, you start fighting for the next one. So not everyone in the same club fights for the same girl. When there is no more girls in the queue for you, get get an affection gift when the match is finished.

The number of shards you get from a match is based on the following formula:

    image.png.0a17d24daff0136bbffb0bef4b4fab05.png

Where r is the relative impression (1%=1) and p is the number of participants.

As @Horsting said, don't believe the number of shards reported by the game during the match. It uses the impression % based on the current impression, not total impression. The HH++ scripts correct it or you can use the above formula.

  3. The two HH++ can share common code for common functionalities but I wouldn't recommend merging into one. The user experience is quite different between the two scripts. I can see the different philosophical approaches between the two designs. They are made for different audience. Also, I have looked through the code for both. The coding structures are quite different. It will be a lot of work to convert.

  4. When are we getting WTF emoji back?!

@Horsting For the n-th times, I am not calling all snipers cowards. Stop twisting the subject to win sympathy. I was referring to those who explicitly prey on players in disadvantageous time zones and they do it in a way to taunt others. I see this as a cowardly act (yes, coward! Marty). It's like beating a disabled person who can't defend themselves. If you argue about this because you want to engage in this predatory behavior too, you don't need my approval. And don't you dare telling players in disadvantageous time zones to just roll over and to expect losing contests. I'm done with you. You can have the last words.

Ah sorry, I didn't read that earlier post, was just referring to the one I quoted from.

Context is everything. You completely ignored the original post. Cherry picking and quoting someone out of context don't serve a productive conversation.

Your recent posts indicate that you are fairly new to the game so you haven't reached what we call the bracket of death yet in LC. Positioning here is much much harder than lower brackets. Winning LC involves hundreds if not thousands of clicks. When someone win by 1-2 click, that is generally not because they don't have resource to spare. It is an intentional act. Only option for players in disadvantageous time zones to compete in contests is to dominate the score. Some prey on this handicap. I'm glad that you are not one of them but don't pretend that they don't exist.

Here is why context is important. The OP, an European, posted that he sniped a South American player by 2 tickets out of at least 250 tickets where the 3rd place had half of the winning score. So it looked like the situation I was referring. He then gloated and taunted his opponent on a public forum. Yes, I found that offensive. That's why I chimed in. He cleared up that he didn't actually snipe but they fought it out at last moment. I'm fine with that and acknowledged his post with a like.

Sniping is a nature of this game. However, sniping by winning with a 1-2 clicks is just being mean.

@Horsting I never said all snipers all cowards. Don't twist my words. I snipe too but I put enough margin to show that I wanted to win more. And I would congratulate anyone who do the same to beat me.

I did not say that it is "fair" for everyone. But the "rules" are the same

That's just semantic. Players in advantageous time zone can choose whether or not to play during reset time. It's a choice for them on how to fit the game into their lives. Players in disadvantageous time zone don't get to choose. There are players who prey on others in those situations and they do it in an un-sportsmanship way. If you don't do it like them, I wasn't talking about you.

I find it mean to describe players who exhausts all options to win contests (!) like that

Those are not whom I was referring.

The rules are the same for everyone, and also sniping has its risks.

The rules are not the same for everyone. People who are in disadvantage time zones and people who have real life constraints to access the game at reset time always have a big handicap with contests. Some players get their kicks by sniping these players by 1 click, not because they have exhausted their resources. They do it to taunt. Those are the cowards.

IIRC the fight has started with matt having 150K and me having 90K. ;)

That's not really sniping then when the opponent aware of your presence. That's just players duking it out. I've seen too many times that players sneakily snipe at last moment to win by having intentionally 1-click more. I find this obnoxious. It's cowardly. Thanks for clearing it out.

By the way, now I get this all the time, even if I don't have another tab open.
    image.png.d9bbc478bdeed45e5a501be3f5a5cd0a.png
Usually it disappears after closing the other tab and refreshing the Startpage, but now it stays constantly.

I get that when I run the game on a PC and on my phone. If I want to use the PC version, I have to kill the browser on the phone. Closing the phone browser won't make it go away because it is running in the background.

If you could choose only one option - get 40 shards of both LD girls, or get 100 shards of one of them (but less then 40 of the other one) -

I actually see this as 3 options:

    1. get 40 shards of both girls
    2. get 100 shards of older girl
    3. get 100 shards of newer girl

Personally, I would go with option 1 because I don't generally like to spend much on LD. I can still have a chance at getting both girls someday during SM or revival. Option 2 is good too if you really want a L5 now. I think option 3 is the least desirable because if you lose this chance to get the older girl, who knows when she will show up again.

  11. @Horsting Holly sums it nicely with the first sentence. If you want the technical, here is it. Drop rate for event pachinko is 25%. At 1800 kobans a game, you would need to spend 7200 kobans on average for a 3-star girl. That's far more than 5-star LD girl and close to a mythic girl. You should also focus on clearing the EP pool. This will help you long term. So when CE shows up, you will only get CE girls in the EP pool. Much easier to complete CE & OD events.

*22,5% that´s the thing not 25% you need 5 spins on average

A forum is a place of discussion and exchange and we're here to communicate with WORDS first and foremost. Reaction emoticons are not here to replace words,

Reaction is a form of communication too and it is valuable. If I don't have anything different to add to a conversation, I just use an emoticon. If everyone decides to post every time to agree or to disagree, the forum will probably be more chaotic and overwhelming. These days, I don't have time to read every new message on the forum. I skipped most wall of text.

Another issue is that just by not allowing the option to express a negative feeling or emotion to something you dislike doesn't make it dissapear

I agree with Jelom. Without a disagreement reaction, anyone who disagrees with a post will either ignore it or reply with a post. The prior is just ignoring the issue. The disagreement doesn't disappear. The latter will probably end up with more hurt feeling than a simple emoticon. A wall of text showing disapproval does more harm than an emoji.

I didn't interpret the wtf reaction as a literal wtf. It's just the only reaction that is closer to disagreement. We can also renamed the raised eyebrow emoji 🤨 as disagree instead of wtf or find another emoji that is more neutral.

Methos, Omer, Sucsa, obviously Karxan and plenty others had similar road bumps in their exchanges with me I'd say. And I'm pretty sure we're good now

We've always been good. I have utmost respect to anyone who volunteer their time to help others. Whether it is being a volunteer moderator, developing user script, sharing spreadsheet, ... That doesn't mean I will always agree with them as you had noticed. You might not recognize it yourself but your posts used to be quite condescending. It might not be your intention but they were to the readers. Anyway, that's ancient history, I have noticed your improvement over the years. I applaud you. ❤️

The bottom line is that a negative reaction doesn't necessarily mean as an insult. We can politely disagree with a post using a reaction. Taking it away doesn't mean everyone happy. We just need to find a neutral word or emoticon that has no emotion attached to it to avoid misunderstanding.
