I've already reached 4000th stage still nothing, still can't claim mizuki

Well, I think the admins don't care if their apps have bugs, They should've fix this, I'm waiting for 3 weeks now

Yeah, It's still available on the Sexfriends Menu, it pop up once in a banner but i completed the 3000 levels several times the when I came back to Hentai Heroes, the banner didn't pop up and I can't claim Mizuki

I have the same email from both platforms and I even tried forging several times, logging out and logging out from both platforms it's been 4 days now and I can't get the reward...
