This remains the same

I was playing yesterday, I already completed the event without too many problems after continuously changing devices, I suppose because of the cache, or I don't know why, but if I did not change from time to time the puzzle became unplayable. In one of the times, of those changes for return to normality, this window just appear on my game. From that moment on "Connecting" forever, doesn't matter which device or medium i use.
