Right now it seems like there is little benefit for being a major contributor to the club, people just free ride and there is no penalty for inactivity. Maybe a solution is to allow using club contribution levels as some kind of currency, to buy orbs or dating tokens? Might incentivize club participation more than the club champions, which still allows for free riders to benefit.
