Im on level 270. in University, Fredi Sih Roko Sensei is on level 294 - it is called tier 2. In tier 1 there were 2 girls - i have them updated to 43% (Noomye) and 60% (Venam). Now in tier 2 is one new girl with 0% and the girls from tear 1 are missing. How can I push the girls from tear 1 to reach 100%? Is there an overview, when a tier will be changed and which girls are in which tear?
