Something has to give. Do they just take away from the chances for money?

I'm new to HH, just started playing a couple weeks ago. With these event girls being obtained through villain battles, I've been wondering about the mechanics of that. I see that they are listed on the rotating thing along with the regular villain girls. Do the event girls share a loot "slot" with the regular girls? The way it shows the reward list makes me think they do. Or for that matter, do the regular girls share the same slot, and then it's randomized between them to see what you get, or are they each separate slots in the rewards? As I only unlocked Admittance of the Dead part way through the event, obviously there's nothing I can do about it right now other than farm that villain, but I'm wondering about the future. Would there be a better chance of getting event girls to drop if I was able to farm a tier that I had already obtained all the girls from? In that case, then my priority should be to focus on clearing out a tier of each boss to potentially make future events easier. I had been planning to work on Invaded Kingdom T2 because I hit T2 shortly before getting all the girls from T1, but maybe that is something I should be worrying about later instead?

I just sent a request to the HH.com club. I'm just barely at two weeks, but I definitely have no intention of quitting any time soon. I'm enjoying this too much for that. Jumped through a few clubs in-game, but they all had mostly inactive players, and none had anyone in chat in months at best, so something more active would be nice!
