It is possible but I think it is more like a bug, on chapter 2 some girls have unlocked at stages later than expected, also the story sometimes lag and appear more than 50 stage later than expected.

I get it to work after clicking 20/30 times, it is just really bugged.

Girl from chapter 3, stage 500 never unlock. I get the chat from that girl as always but after that it doesn't unlock.

For me it always fail the first time, but the second time it works. If you refresh the page is the same it fail the first time, but the second time it works.
