I am missing the girls from Kelina onward but I think the three girls from Chapter 4 are all new right?

Does anyone know what happened to Kimberley, Kelina, and other girls that were unlocked by reaching a certain stage? I wasn't able to unlock all of them in the previous version but they don't seem to be in the gacha. Are they still unlocked the same way or will they be added later?
