I would love to know what these "Certain activities" are myself. The only thing I can think of, as I meantioned in an earlier comment, is the use of page forward and backward to skip loading times. It's not like that gives me an unfair advantage, it just saves me some time. 

I can atleast now say that I successfully appealed an unappealable ban lol. I'm still unsure if I will continue to play any of these games, now that I have had a taste of freedom, but atleast I now have the option.

I was actually just thinking about this. The thought of not logging onto HH, CxH and PsH every single day, checking in every 15 min to finish dailies and club champion, is kind of relieving. I at least never spent any real money on any of these games, but so much time wasted lol. I have thought "when I hit lvl 500 I'm done" but I guess I have been let off early.

Anyways, thanks for your comment. If I do not get my account back, I will definetly quit CxH and PsH aswell.

I've received a reply on the support ticket i wrote on CxH, and it's not exactly good news. I do not know what to do now, as the support team aren't exactly being very helpful, even though I feel like a bug like this should have high priority. As @DvDivXXX wrote, if they actually detected cheats on my account, I should've been banned across the entire platform, which is not the case. Anyways, here comes a screenshot of my ticket and the answer:

I sensored the name of the person who answerd the ticket in case of any privacy policy that forbids me to disclose that.

Thought: I always run HH, CxH and PsH at the same time, so if they detect cheats on one website, shouldn't they do so on the others aswell?

No third-party tools or scripts are/have ever been used by me on any of HH, CxH or PsH. I only play in Google chromes incognito tabs so no chrome addons should be in effect either.

Yes. I do not even know how you could cheat in this game? It's server based so how would that even work? 

The only thing I can think of that the server may detect as cheating is refreshing the page, and using page forward and backward, to skip some loading times, but that can't count as cheating right? It's built into the browser for crying out loud.

And permanently banning my account without a warning, or even a reason behind the ban, seems more like a bug to me. But what do I know...

I am not sure where to post this, but as I am not guilty to cheating i cannot help but feel it must be a bug, so I will post this here on Bug Reporting.

When I try to log in on https://www.hentaiheroes.com/ I am greeted with the following message: "Your account has been permanently banned for Cheating and can not be appealed."

I am unsure of how to appeal an unappealable but inaccurate ban, so any help is appreciated.

Sorry if I violated some forum rules with this post. I have never posted anything on any forum before.
