Spanks

Sometime in the last 10 hours, my account got logged out. When I attempt to log in, it resets to the splash page (with buttons for Log In/Register/ToU & Support on the left and a play button in the middle of the image) with this error message: {"Error":{"code":400,"key":"missing_param_product_id"}} When I click to go to the support page, the Support/Bank Transactions/Legal/ToU info loads, but clicking the Support button to start a ticket kicks me back to the splash page. No error message when that happens. Is there a known fix, or can an Admin give me hand with getting a support ticket going?

Today I won an avatar that I already had—one of the very first ones that I got when I first started playing. I'm dead certain it's a duplicate. I'm pretty meh about the cosmetic aspects and I really dislike the lack of sorting for the avatars, so I don't really use them often. Just click through to clear the notification symbol. I recognized it as it was the first avatar that I switched to for a while. Surprised by it as I haven't been playing long and I doubt I even have 25% of them. Suggestion: tweak the drop code so that we don't get cosmetic duplicates, or offer a few kobans or a couple tickets/kisses instead.
