What's a champions ticket do? Do I need to use it, or does it get used as soon as I get it?

I completed a place of power and got a reward that looks like a packaged card with hh on it. There is no text to tell me what it is, and I can't find it anywhere to try and figure out what it is.

I couldn't find a support button before, ty for the help :D. Edit: They gave me the reward in under an hour after I submitted the ticket.

I registered for an account on cunt wars for the 600 kobans and i didn't receive my reward.
