you are telling me that i need to do everything i have done before? if yes i think i just wont play again tbh, i was lvl 300+ with 10+ charm and now im only 120 with 4 charm

i had the same problem, now it's working but i got a huge rollback like 1/2 hours and i have lost all of my progress !!! what can i do to get it back?
