But sure, claiming any combativity reward when your bar is already full will make you go over the normal maximum, not just the PoA rewards specifically. It's just that a +2 or a +3 here and there isn't usually worth blocking your regen timer for. But big piles like PoA's rewards (or some bundles, for that matter) are another story (in some circumstances).
Unless you've got all the permanent boss girls u want for the moment and are stacking up for the next event where you will definately want at least one girl. Then even 4 extra combativity per day can bring the girl price by at least 3 refills.

Props for the girls, they are gorgeous, critics for the format of the event. It's almost as bad as legendary contests.

You're doing quite well with colors, but you need to improve the basics on shape and form. Proko has a series of short tutorials on how to draw the head by the Loomis method, if you are interested ofc. ^^

That gets clarity, and means that the art can look off, and in fact should look off, since it's not actually the same person. A side benefit would be that those girls would also have different names, and all other bio info that most of us ignore.
Only that isn't the case as you might see in Erika and Layla's cases. ^^

I think you are forgetting thw people who already got 3 5*leggies and don't like her. Not anyone would want her just cause she's a 5*leggie. Moreover not everyone switched from ch to hc, some remained ch(and are pretty decent in ToF) and some have gone over to ch. I'm personally skipping this one and i suspect that other will too, or at least try to get her half-heartedly without investing tons of resources.

Never spend more than 20$ on a mobile game at once and consider this to be a rip off, even so i'd say all the bundles i've seen since the introduction of orbs in them are overpriced and aren't worth it.
The only advice i can give you is, vote with yoir wallet. If you don't like them - don't buy them. Occasionally they release a survey on the topic, so be sure to tell them your opinion there too.

Tips for smooth linearts are:
Use a custom brush, Work in a much larger resolution than the intended final result. For example my bunny ilkustration was 8k to 6k pixels resolution, so when you downscale it to 4k to 3k res. the end result is a smoother line. Draw in quick long strokes instead of a lot shorter ones
Using the zoom out option especially for long lines is really crucial.
And last thing - practice...
When starting with your drawing sessions, draw a sheet of straight lines, then a sheet of circles, cubes and elipses, then proceed to actually drawing
