Use a blessed team, upgrade the guy's level with awakening and get level yourself with a better gear to have better stats and it'll unlock itself in time then

Event pachinko offers a chance to get the guy but it's a small one. I lost kobans too in it.
The guys are also present in the epic pachinko. If you have emptied the pool of guys there, it's easier to get the guys (pulling a x10 games garantees a guy).
The classic event guys (which in July is named Exam Season) wil be rerun in July 2023 during the orgy day and will be in the epic pachinko again. After the event, the guys from any classic event is put into the mythic pachinko where they can appear again randomly.The system is done so it takes time to recruit them.

You can still use discord for that and it has many more functions
In my club, we do have one and you can pin your discord adress into the in game chat so you don't loost it.

Evolve your team. Level up. Get new stuff. Wait for the right blessings that doesn't bless the guys there and stop caring too much about this feature. It has been designed to take months/years to complete, not a couple weeks. And for the daily goals/cumback contests, concerning Pantheon, winning or loosing doesn't matter.

You have to realize that a large chunk of the guys are redesigns of girls from HH that made their way to GH.
It's only for the earliest characters in GH. Now for each event, characters are picked boys for GH and girls for HH. They can be in the same anime or 2 different anime. No more gender bent from existing characters, like Gary adapting Nico Robin from One Piece.

For what I know 1 ⭐ common characters were a way to test new artists, especially for HH. GH is getting their counters now. We're still missing a lot of alts. I remember last year when they made 100 girls going into the game. Was apic 😂
There are an nice way to get fast to the lvl 700 barrier and get your 7 strongest guys to max level for pvp. It's cheap but it's still wasted gems in the end cause they don't have much purpose...

So there is the domination scheme with the elements things now. All your guys inside your teams do a little something to the other team base on their elements. Some can reduce defense for example or others are hidden. Then those numbers can be seen in the matchmaking and change from people to people.There is also the blessing changing every monday after reset that affects your guy's power. You need to update your teams every Mondays.

Since classic and orgy guys on champions is a new thing, I don't think it has been updated so you can see it clearly in the event list 🤔

On my main account, after 5 tries (I refilled hard u_u) I got 0 shards. On my second account, I had a 100% drop (so beaten 3 times). It's pure luck and sometime, luck can be bad

It's the number of shards, not the percentage if my memory is correct. Before it was 25 shard so you needed to be lucky 4 times.
