Hello I have had my account for quite some time and having to wait as more quests open, then as of last week I end up with a brand new account when I logged in. I am not sure what you need in order to retrieve my original account

I have played this game for months and reached the point of tripple digits in levels and then when I finally get the app to work its starting me over from level 1
