first off Thank You for your very fast response and second by your own words it is a suggestion since there is nothing in place at the current time to correct this problem and i am guessing that the co-leader position was created after our leader went inactive did a quick count and saw that there is at least 13 players out of 31 who have been inactive for more than 40 days With yor suggestion have started talking about getting a new leader and will try to resolve it that way

Our current leader has been inactive for over/around 177 days Have seen in other games where after 30 days of inactivity can be replaced by someone else in guild by them paying in game currency (in this case would suggest 300)
