turns out it was limited to non 1-Star and unlocked when I got my 10th non 1-star

I only recently completed the requirement for Host Hotties (World 3, Quest 5) and I have more than 10 guys (I'm not sure if 1-Star guys count, though). Can you only access the event if you have completed the mission when the event opens? Or is the problem that you need 10 non-1-star guys? Or is it just a bug. I have F5 refreshed and logged out and back in and also cleared all cookies and site data.
