This finally resolved itself today. I did a bunch of resending the confirmation link and hopping between the games over the last several days. Not sure what ultimately resolved it.

Playing on .com, ID is 5186263. The harem is now showing, but I'm still not able to open in-game customer support tickets as it believes I'm not validated still.

I am having the same problem, but I also cannot create an in-game support ticket. When I go to settings and click on support it says I need to validate first. However I've already validated my email.
