Thanks for the assistance. Turns out there was something whacky going on with my account verification so I had to change emails, then log out, then log back in. Then I could claim the reward. Thank you.

I just used a CC to get the ninja area offer and the 'first purchase rewards' still have the claim button greyed out and I cannot claim them! Wtf?
