yes.just did it again and cant see her.Also when i click on Harem/Mizuki i cant access her imediately as i can do with other girls

i have the same problem cant see Mizuki and also the challenge button on her doesnt work

I spent 7.000 cobans which means 640 fights only from cobans + 200 (which is the number of fights from the first day that the announcement was made), more than 840 fights and still NO GIRL at the end.
