Are the new girls from fredy sensei set to not be unlockable yet? I've had him at max level for a couple weeks now dumping all my combativity into him yet i have yet to see any girls

This is the third day in a row where I'll have the popup for the free 60 kobans from the monthly card come up but the actual number of kobans I have does not change

Honestly things like this simply shouldn't be possible. More than 10 levels difference, 20000 more HP, vastly superior stats and the judge was hardcore. 20% attack power boost or not this just feels wrong for any form of actual competitive play
