specialization How to choose or change specialization?

Hello Everyone! Greetings on this merry occasion of Christmas. I have been playing the HH game for some time and there is something that confused me. How does the specialization thing work? How is it assigned? Is there a way to change your specialization? If anybody knows please reply. Enjoy the holidays! Cheers!
