Hi, I'm getting since about 30 min always the message 500 Internal Server Error An internal server error occurred. Can someone please have a look at that issue?

@KinkoidIf there won't happen something soon, I'm done with spening any money on the game after the last monthly card. If the staff is not helping a paying customer then it's not worth any of the money I have to work hard for...

@Kinkoid according to the announcemnt the issue was now resolved. What about the compensations? When it was announed that the rewards are handed out, I didn't get anything - at least I didn't notice that I got anything.

I've seen this issue now for the first time today and yesterday...but it always sets back exacly one minute and I can not fight before exactly this minute...yesterday I was then clicking to fight right before the time was over and got reset to 59 seconds twice again. I don't think it's really a sync error between client and server. Then my two resets could/should not have been happening.

@Kinkoid I totally agree with the statement of Huangover. As paying members of the game we can expect a solution of this problem and also compensation for the 'losses' - or at the very least a refund of what we spent in vain (the Kobans) !

I did not receive anything...not even an answer to me email I wrote to the support. That is how much a 'paying customer' means to them...fabulous isn't it?

Sorry...I don't get what you are trying to say. Yes there were only two fights left and even if I losse them I would still become first. Because everyone else was already fought. But with only those two extra points I would have been first...and I had to buy a full refill because I didn't have any combativity left.

How so? It would still require dozens of fights. Depends on how the chances are to get one shard or more. I mean what's the point in introducing the shards if basically nothing changes and you still can need 10.000 fights and not get the girl? Then we're basically back to square one...it all depends on luck. The only change is that you feel a bit better if you can pamper yourself by the ray of hope called shards - but it still doesn't change anything when you see you have 5 shards 😩

If it is as you say....then why does it say between 1 and xx ?? I mean if I would be writing this note and I mean to say what you indicate then I would write between 0 and xx or I would explicitly mention that IF shards drops, then it will be between 1 and xx. Why else would everyone complain about it if it was so clear? To be honest...I don't know you GeorgeMTO but if I would be a sceptic person, then I would suspect you of always claiming that this or that isn't a bug...or it's well known...or it's this or that - what ever just to play down what is happening and especially if people ask for compensation like in the leages thread which is now completely ignored if I may add this. Edit: I'm not an ungrateful person. I do apprechiate the devs work and efforts to improve the geme and your efforts to try to help. But man if I fuck up in my job I am honest about it and admit it. I destroyed already hardware worth several thousand Euros and shit like this happens but the moment you try to hide it instead of admitting, appologising and trying to fix it, that when people loose trust in you!

I mean if you read this patch nitice...then it should be dropping AT LEAST one shard between 1 and xx Attraction for girls So each battle we don'T get a shard we loose more and more....and guess what? I bet there won't be any compensation again for the losses

The way I understood this new system each fight you'll get one point to whatever points...but I should get at least one point - is that right? Because I also got fights with no points at all....so is this a bug?
