  1. The big question is "Why do you need everyone to chill out?" Tell us about your childhood.
  2. Based on your replies it is probably TLDR. Or you lack the imagination to see how people can be both happy to play free and excited to spend money.
  3. Most of the complaints here are some of the most reasonable I've seen on forums. It is not just being going "WAAAAAH" We are (mostly) here because we feel like quitting this game now, and it makes us sad. We're sticking it out, but like a bad marriage, divorce is on the horizon if nothing changes. We are trying to SAVE YOUR GAME.
  4. Drop rate is 0% but each time you fail, your chance improves by a factor of 5! (5 * 0 = 0) ---- Okay, joking aside, if we can't SEE that we are making some sort of progress on our drop rate, after trying HUNDREDS of times, it is completely natural to conclude they will not drop. Facts are fine, but psychology is 100% of what this game (and almost all games) are built upon. There must be some sort of meter for each boss showing our drop rate multiplier... or if your drop rates are going to be SO small, then you need to do what most games do. Use shards (drop rate times 50, each girl needs 50 shards). Something like that.
  5. You don't need to ruin your game to make money. Just make spending money a lot more EXCITING. The best free-to-play games make playing for free super fun, and make spending money even more fun. It is not that hard. 1)Be generous with your hard currency, but give players a bunch of good reasons to spend a little every day. Usually this involves a ramping up of some cost.... like say epic pachinko or energy refill starts cheap but goes up the more you use it. 2) Give plenty of incentives BESIDES kabans for making purchases. Since you are generous with cash currency it loses some value, but you can get the value back by putting events in. Like any purchase comes with energy refills. Purchase of X amount this week gives you an exclusive girl. VIP level can be effective too (permanent bonuses from making purchases). 3) Quests, Quests, Quests. Put in daily tasks like gain 50 affection (and 100, 500, 1000). Use epic pachinko 1 time, 5 times, 10 times. Refill energy for kabans 1 time, 5 times, 10 times. People find themselves wanting to finish these quests and spending money just makes sense because you will get a free girl this week anyway. The current direction seems to be "only people spending money should be having fun", but that will only kill your game. Please change course! With a few changes you can have people happily handing over their money, while giving them plenty of free players to play against.
  6. I've found the contest rewards to be so underwhelming, it is difficult for me to really care about them. But you point about having no reason to play frequently is a very good one (not quoted). It SHOULDN'T be a problem since we are eager to play arena every 30 minutes right? LOL Yeah, if arena was rewarding... say it awarded you combativity or energy for reaching 10, 20, 30, 40, etc, wins each day. And more for a win streak of 10, 20, 30, 40 etc, each day (so you have some reason to maybe NOT mindlessly attack all 3 opponents) Do I dare dream of a combat mechanics which are actually fun or interesting? No I do not, but that would be a huge bonus as well. Btw, oldest player wins is not really a problem if they are sensible about the groups they create for contests.
